1984260 - Remove or update metrics expiring at the end of Firefox 144: webrtcdtls.* before Gecko version gets increase to 145 on 2025-09-15

Description

The following metrics will expire at the end of Firefox Nightly release: version 144.

webrtcdtls.cipher
webrtcdtls.client_handshake_result
webrtcdtls.client_handshake_started_counter
webrtcdtls.protocol_version
webrtcdtls.server_handshake_result
webrtcdtls.server_handshake_started_counter
webrtcdtls.srtp_cipher

What to do about this:

1. If one, some, or all of the metrics are no longer needed, please remove them from their metrics.yaml definition file.
2. If one, some, or all of the metrics are still required, please submit a patch to extend their expiry.

:bwc, next week is the final week of Fx144 Nightly before the version is bumped to Fx145.
This would need a review and land before the end of next week.
