User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030316 Phoenix/0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030316 Phoenix/0.5

don't understand why that page http://151.8.176.226/ can open a popup, even if
phoenix locks others

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
This is a flash site. As far as I know, Phoenix only blocks popup windows
invoked with Javascript. Suggesting INVALID. I'm CC'ing some good QA people for
this.
On the other hand, the Options window says "Block pop-up windows", not "Block
JavaScript pop-up windows". How should the user know? And why can't it also
block Flash popups?
