You need to do everything to make it smaller. Rename % Complete to % Done or just %. I'm sure people can understand % Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

The proposed change seems allready accomplished in "2003032112-cal". However i would suggest: in task list (as now): "..%" (here it is important to be short). in the header above the column in the task list: "% done" (that is shorter and clear than "% Complete". in the drop-down-list under "Progress": "..% done" (now it says ".. %") (Here it is not important to be short).
Thanks for your input. However, we won't be making those fixes.
