i have just installed mozilla 1.3 for macos x. on adjusting preferences there
appears to be no way to stop pop up windows. ie in advanced settings there is no
check box for disabling pop up windows. my problem?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select preferences
2.advanced settings
3.no check box for pop ups

Actual Results:  
unable to block pop up windows

Expected Results:  
a check box for pop up windows should appear
