I reported this problem with a prior version of Mozilla 1.3 When I login to the
State Farm web site, it fails. The second time I get the login screen (this much
also occurs in Mozilla 1.2) but the accountinformation does not display. On the
third attempt, the account information displays.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. statefarm.com
2. Select 'access my account'. No response and the lock on the right side of the
status bar does not lock
3. Repeat 1
4. Select 'access my account'. The login in screen is displayed. I enter the
login imformation and press enter
5. The screen blanks and 'done' is displayed on the left in the status bar
6. Repeat 4. The application bypasses the login screen and displays the account
information. 
Note that the progess bar in the status bar does not show any progress.
