Hi,

if I create a new filter (doens't matter what conditions) and forget to check
one of the "Perform these actions:"-checkboxes, I get an alert that I forgot to
check one, which is ok. But if I continue and check an action and everything is
ok and I hit "ok" everything looks good, but the filter isn't created.
It's not a big bug, but it's annoying...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mailer
2. "Tools" -> "Message Filters..."
3. Hit "New..."
4. Hit "OK"-button in the "Filter Rules"-Window before doing anything else.
5. Use these example values:
  Filter Name:
   - insert "test-filter"
  For incoming messages that:
   - Match any of the following
   - the "Subject" "contains" blubb
  Perform these actions:
   - Label the message as "Important" (check the box!)
6. Hit "OK"

No filter with the name "test-filter" should be there
Actual Results:
The "Filter Rules" menu disappeared (like it should) but no new filter is there.

Expected Results:
A filter with the name "test-filter" should be created
