User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312

Copy/Paste image does not retain "URL relative to current location" info.
Once pasted, the new image is always set as an absolute URL (of type : file://...)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert an image in a page under composer.
2. Select "URL relative to current location".
3. OK.
4. Select the newly inserted image
5. Copy
6. Click elsewhere on edited page
7. Paste
8. Double-click the pasted image

Actual Results:

The "URL relative to current location" flag has been reset to "no", so the URL
is now absolute (file://...)

Expected Results:
Copy the "URL relative" info along with the image URL itself.

Composer settings :
ON- Retain original source formatting
OFF- Save images and other associated files when saving pages
OFF- Always show Publish dialog...
ON- Maintain table layout...
ON- Use CSS...
