In Bookmark Manager, New Bookmark button has 2 copies of every active icon + 1
copy each of "properties", "rename" and "delete" (all inactive).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Bookmarks|Manage Bookmarks

Actual Results:  
New Bookmark button displays as described above. Other buttons appear normal.

Expected Results:  
New Bookmark button should display with one unique icon.

WFM with default Phoenix theme. I'm getting this with the Qute 1.0 beta5 theme
from http://quadrone.org/phoenix/Qute.html though.

Reporter, what version of Qute are you using? the default one ("Phoenix"), or
the latest one ("Qute")?

You are correct - I had inadvertantly left an old version of "Qute" as by theme.
WFM with default theme.

Just for the record, I think that was beta 4, not beta 5. Beta 5 does not have
this problem.
