198997 - Some browsers don't show new products added to Bugzilla database

We have an internal version of Bugzilla installed (2.14.1). When adding new
products, their names always show up in the "Enter New Bug" page. However, in
the query.cgi and reports.cgi pages, they SOMETIMES show up (depending on the
browser).

WORKS PROPERLY (new products appear) IN:
 Netscape 7.02 / Win 2K
 I.E. 5.50 / Win 2K
 Netscape 7.02 / Mac OS X

DOESN'T WORK (new products don't show up) IN:
 Netscape 4.77 / Linux
 Netscape 4.78 / Win 2K
 Mozilla 0.95 / Linux (Mozilla/5.0)
 Mozilla 1.1, Netscape 4.x, Konqueror
 I.E. 6.0 / Win 2K
 Galeon


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new product
2. Go to query (or reports) page and look for it
3. Depending on your browser, you'll either find it or not...

Actual Results:  
See details section.

Expected Results:  
Regardless of the browser, the new product should have been visible in the query
or reports page.

It turns out that since I enabled security, all new products came in with
security enabled... and the people who were having trouble seeing their projects
simply had not logged in first... or else they'd not been made members of the
group. Sorry for the trouble.
