When adding the cancel loading functionality to the account hub email setup, the footer was updated so the back button was enabled when loading. We're not yet providing the ability to cancel loading in address book setup, as there is only one case where we do loading.

How to Test

  • Enable account hub address book pref
  • Show account hub for address book by creating a new address book
  • Choose remote address book setup
  • Enter your email address
  • The back button should be disabled
