I have about 50 filters to filter around 180 messages daily, when i reboot the
machine and first run Mozilla (1.3final) then the filters are disabled, this is
strange because only the filters which have been matched are disabled.

If the first five filters are hit then these are disabled, the rest are left
unaffected.

This is really annoying, even Tools->Run Filters doesn't always work.

This did NOT happen to me with mozilla 1.3a or 1.3b
