Details

When typing text in a text box, if you type more than will fit in the size,
isntead of scrolling the text (so the start disappears), the beginning of the
text stays put, and the last character you type overwrites the one before it in
he final space in the text box.

This is a dup of bug #18353. We are turning on Gfx Scrollbars tonight which
should make this problem disappear.
