Import IE Bookmarks doesn't work

When I want to import a IE bookmark in Mozilla 1.3 Bookmark Manager I see no
bookmarks anywhere. In Navigator I click on Manage Bookmarks..., then in
Bookmark Manager I click on Tools and then on Import... Then I browse for
bookmark in C:\Documents And Settings\UserName\Favorites and I click on bookmark
and on Open button. This does nothing. I see no imported bugs. Is this ongoing
bug from previous versions?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Bookmark manager...
2.Use command Tools -> Import...
3.Search for IE bookmarks and click on Open button
Actual Results:
Nothing.
Expected Results:
Import bookmark or bookmarks from IE Favorites.

As a workaround, you can export your IE favorites as a html file, then use
Mozilla to import that file.
