Scenario: 1. Create a new profile and perform palm sync. Make sure that both moz Personal and Collected addrbooks have at least one card in them. After sync is completed Palm handheld should have Personal and Collected categories created (with record(s) as well). 2. Create a second new profile and perform palm sync again (ie, Palm handheld still has both Personal and Collected categories). After sync is completed no cards are added back to the moz addrbooks. Also in the log file you値l see the following error code: Processing Palm AB 'Collected Addre' (catIndex/catId) = (2/0)... Category index = 0, name = 'Collected Addre' has not been synced before Syncing with moz AB with 1 modified Palm record(s) ... Done syncing AB. retval=-2147467259. The negative retval indicated that it failed to sync palm records with the moz addrbooks.
What happens is that on the moz side we have "Collected AddressBook" but the passed in addrbook name is only 15 chars long (ie, "Collected Addre") so we were never able to find the right moz addrbook to sync data with.
