User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 This is a recent problem -- only since March 15, 2003, or so. When I log on to access my e-mail at the above URL, I get bad login errors to begin with. When I press on and eventually get it to accept the login (sometimes this can take 5 tries) I am presented with a standard framed page with three panels. One of those contains the message list. Often Earthlink is unable to display that frame and gives me a "Your session does not exist. Please click the link below to Login again" error. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Problem A 1. Go to https://webmail.atl.earthlink.net/wam/wam 2. Enter a valid user name and password. Click "Sign In". Problem B 1. If the above steps are successful (20 percent of the time), you'll be presented with a three-part frame showing options, the message list and the actual message. 2. Prior to the page completing, you'll be presented with "Your session does not exist. Please click the link below to Login again" Actual Results: You have to start over again. Expected Results: It should log in and access messages.
After contacting Earthlink, they "fixed what was causing the problem" and wouldn't elaborate.
