seems like a buggy site to me which would make it tech evangelism. a few things that i note [and i'm no expert] - it checks for different versions of flash, but version 5 seems to be as high as it goes. - browser sniff mentions "navigator"? - browser sniff mentions ns4 [by checking for document.layers] and domL1 by checking for document.getElementById adding myself to CC, trying to learn how to spot TechEvang sites
