User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
When an email is above a set size limit and is then truncated by mozilla's
mailnews, there's a link to download the rest. Unfortunately, it's not
compatible with POPFile (http://popfile.sourceforge.net/), an email parser.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the link to download the rest of the message in any truncated one.
2. repeat like an idiot
3. Throw a fit and fix it.
Actual Results:
Nothing (the "Mozilla is busy" icon doesn't seem busy)
Once I changed the server setting back to go directly to the server, it works.
Expected Results:
Mozilla should have downloaded the rest of the message. (and the icon seems busy)
This could be a POPFile problem but mozilla seems fine otherwise with
non-truncated files.

Mail shows: "This message exceeded the Maximum Message Size set in Preferences, so we have
only downloaded the first few lines from the mail server.
Click here to download the rest of the message."
I did click there, but the message is lost - zarro bites are downloaded, and the message dissapears
from the list. You can try again as long as you see the "exceed" message in the preview pane. But
it won't work.
This bug is there since my first Mozilla install (1.3) - until now, Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC
Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624
I do not know what "POPfile" is, but the

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".
This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.
If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
