199449 - New Multiweek view's layout is not in line with the other views

1) Above the week columns there has to be a space with a text indicating for
example which weeks are displayed.
2) There have to be margins at top, bottom, left and right of the multiweek box.

I am myself tired of the previous look. I introduced a space around the grid in
order for the week to be more inline with the other view.
I do not find necessary to write something at the top the week (and loose
space).

Attention: a new image is necessary for the button at the right of the view.
pageupdown.png instead of pageupdown.gif

Small patch of calendar.css to change gif to png.
