2003032708 - win98 The file bookmark... and move bookmark(s) windows are horked (in the same was as described in bug 199346; no bookmark folders appearing near the bottom of the window, even though a scrollbar for the area exists) when you had resized these windows to a larger size in an older build before upgrading. If the request to make these windows resizable again (bug 199524), is wontfixed, this should be fixed, probably by deleting the information on the old size from loalstore.rdf (or whatever) so that these windows will indeed get the new fixed size.

I had that in some builds, too, but WFM since Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030403 I think bug can be declared WFM
Sorry for the SPAM! It WFM only just one time, now I see the bug again (silly thing...) So I must correct myself, the bug is still actual

I can confirm (with build 2003040404) that deleting localstore.rdf improves the situation on Win XP. I seem to now have some duplicate folder names, although I also suspect some problems in my bookmarks.html file.
This localstore.rdf is the one created by mozilla 1.4b when I removed localstore.rdf in an attempt to fix the too-large file bookmark popup window left over from a previous version.
This is the window the file bookmark popup comes up as after twisty for main bookmark pulldown opened and the scrollbar is scrolled down, then up to top. This was from the localstore.rdf referenced in attachment 119733 [details], made in WinXP SP1 using Mozilla 1.4b.
Sorry, I missed adding the build in my attachments. I'm using build string "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030407".

I am having the same problem under XP as well. neither of the tree buttons will work (ie. OK, Cancel) I can expand the list if bookmarks and decrease it but cannot not click the buttons. The diagram at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=119734&action=view pretty much matches my file bookmark box. Seems as if the wite box that normally encases the list isn't big enough and doesn't push the button down..
After the fix for bug 199520, I'm not seeing this anymore with the same profile. Marking as dupe. (There might have been a difference with how it was reported, but as far as the fix is concerned they're the same.) Feel free to reopen if you think there still is an aspect of this that hasn't been fixed. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 199520 ***

That's tracked in bug 199915.
