I use the zoom window function a great deal with Camino. Most pages that I view fit in a fairly narrow window that I keep open normally. It's about 750 pixels wide. However sometimes I encounter pages that need to be wider to view; -or- PDF files that I want to zoom up to read.
I'll confirm this as an RFE. Command+z okay? It doesn't seem to be used at the moment. You might take a look around for any other apps that may have a shortcut for this.

Summary: Keyboard shortcut for Zoom Window menu item → Add a keyboard shortcut for the Window/Zoom Window menu item
Is this only for browser window? Command-Z is always undo; I'm not sure I (personally) could get used to using it for somethign else. What would happens if I type in an edit field and then try to undo the typing?
Duh, how could I forget undo.
