Thıs weırd character mappıng only happens wıthın the browserç Not ın my regular
wındows systemç And copy paste stıll worksç I wıll type thıs same message and
paste ıt ın to demonstrateç

This weird character mapping only happens within the browser. Not in my regular
windows system. And copy paste still works. I will type this same message and
paste it in to demonstrate.

Um. Wow. I don't think I've ever seen characters remapped like that.
In your control panel's language settings, (Start->Control Panel->Regional and
Language Options, Advanced Tab)
what language is it set to? Also, do you have any alternative input systems
installed (for example, Japanese)?

Okayö for İlanguage versıon for non*Unıcode programsİ ıt says Fınnıshç 

Iive ınstalled other character sets beforeö I thınk ** when ıt prompts me to
wıthın the browserç But I only wrıte Englısh hereçççç
