Not in my regular windows system. And copy paste still works. I will type this same message and paste it in to demonstrate.
Um. Wow. I don't think I've ever seen characters remapped like that. In your control panel's language settings, (Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options, Advanced Tab) what language is it set to? Also, do you have any alternative input systems installed (for example, Japanese)?

Okayö for İlanguage versıon for non*Unıcode programsİ ıt says Fınnıshç Iive ınstalled other character sets beforeö I thınk ** when ıt prompts me to wıthın the browserç But I only wrıte Englısh hereçççç
Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest nightly (or even 1.7.3)? If not, this bug has probably been fixed and can be closed. Thanks.
