Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030328
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030328

The default size of the image manager window is too small, and results in the
right edge being cut off (see screenshot).

Also as mentioned in Bug 89908, the minimum size for components in the window is
far too large, and the window can be resized below the components' minimum size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences
2. Go to Privacy and Security -> Images
3. Click 'Manage Image Permissions'
Actual Results:
The image manager opened with the right side cut off

Expected Results:
The window should have been larger.

A little note: I resized the window to be big enough, and moz remembered the
size. Nice work there.
