Steps to reproduce:

Upon starting Firefox, any video on any website, when full-screened, appears to leave a small border on the left-hand side and top part of the screen, which shows whatever window is behind the Firefox window. Exiting fullscreen and entering it again seems to solve the issue.

Just to clarify, I meant using a fullscreen button on any website, not the F11 keybind to make Firefox fullscreen. I tried adding that key to about:config, but that did not change anything; the issue persists. I tried using mozregression, but I wasn't able to recreate the issue for some reason. On my current build, it seems to be the first time I fullscreen a video that it has that issue. This happened across multiple websites. Once I fix it the first time, it fixes it for the remainder of that session.
