Linux Redhat 6.0 (1999-11-23-08 M12) Using today's build to display message as described in bug 19600 that contained appended message, it crashes quite frequently but not consistently. Steps: 1. Launch Messenger in the POP account 2. click Inbox folder 3. Select a message that contains appended header and content information as described in bug 19600 4. Click a Delete button (or Edit|Delete Message) Actual result: sometimes it crashes instantly. Sometimes it takes a sequence of delete to get the crash. After it crashes, relaunch and repeat all 4 steps, it crashes again. Crash pattern is not consistent. But I will have the talkback stack trace. Expected result: should display the message. No crash. It did not crash in yesterday's build when deleting these appended messages This is a parity bug. It does not occur on Mac and Win_nt 4.0

I cannot re-test this using today's build because of bug 20910. No. I don't think this belongs to dogfood. The reason is that this bug is tied to bug 19600, which is fixed and is a unique situation. When the Linux build stablizes, I will te-test this again.
