Once in a while, while I'm using Mozilla M11, the Windows taskbar has white all
over it so that you cannot see the icons. Clicking on where the taskbar buttons
would be restores the taskbar to normal.

I see this quite often on Windows NT, particularly after the browser been up
for a few minutes. Maybe it's related to the same GDI resource problem that's
taking all Win95 resources (bug#19114).

I can still Alt-Tab between windows, but the taskbar is unusable. Clicking on
it does nothing for me. I think this is a dogfood issue.

Clicking on Toolbar brings back the buttons.  Marking PDT- unless this
workaround is broken.

claudius, can you please check.  Take off PDT- if clicking on toolbar does not
help.
I've never seen this and can't reproduce it(on WinNT). If the reporter or warren can repro
this in any systematic way please do note it here.

Can't repro this at all.

I came in this morning and my taskbar was blank again. Don't close this bug,
because it's definitely a problem -- at least on my system (NT).

Leave your browser up overnight and see if you can reproduce it.

What's up with this? My taskbar goes blank all the time. 
i have been diligently trrying to reproduce this ever since warren's 01/06 comments. I leave the browser up every night and i have 
still never come across this. WinNT sp4 with daily builds

I welcome someone to come debug my machine next time I see it happen. Or tell me 
what to look for and I'll do it.

Haven't seen it for a while. I suspect it was a low-memory condition (we were 
slowly gobbling up all of vm while just idling, maybe we don't anymore).
