199915 - Can't use File Bookmark in XP

When I use Bookmarks - File Bookmark when using the Windows XP desktop theme in
Windows XP, I can't use the OK, Cancel or New Folder buttons, because the window
is too compressed. This error is new with Build ID: 2003032908.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmarks - File Bookmark
2. Try to press the New Folder button
3. It won't work

Actual Results:  
When trying to press the New folder button, I actually selected one of the
folder names.

Expected Results:  
I should have been able to make a new folder

Yes, I can reproduce this issue too under Win XP using the Classic Theme. Tested
using 2003-04-01-08.

I'm also seeing this with build 2003042105 on WinXP. That is, when you go to
Bookmarks-FileBookmark the NewFolder button in the window that comes up, doesn't
do anything except indicate that it's been clicked.

If you use the Bookmark Manager (Bookmarks-ManageBookmarks) the File-New-Folder
option works fine.....well I didn't actually create a folder, but it did get
further than the other method.

Adding 1.4b blocker question. Well, it already has nsbeta1+, but I figured I
might as well add more.

Agreed. Still occurs under Classic theme for me using today's win32 build
(2003-04-21-05). Tested under Winxp.

I have the same problem with build 2003042412 and XP Home. I've tried using the
default bookmarks file to see if it related to using an older structure, but no
difference. I find that: 1.- the list is not constrained by the form and 2. -
all the button images are inactive. Never occured until the release version of
1.4a - was using 1.3 release before.

Don't believe it's theme related. Disabled Desktop Manager, no change either.

XP I'm using is:
Version	5.1.2600 : Service Pack 1 Build 2600.xpsp2.021108-1929

Yes, I also found this error as problem. The common problem linked to this error
is a lack of possibility to change the size of the touched dialog window!
A little Help: Pressing Enter key works as "OK" button.

IMPORTANT: I have the same Mozilla instaled under Linux Mandrake and there is
not this error - it is only the problem of instalation under Windows-XP.
