A wget on the above URL gets a file that is 460KB, so its not a small page. In
Task Mgr, mozilla takes 50% of CPU time on a dual proc machine, and steadily
allocates memory. Viewing the file from wget shows lots of nested tables.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to URL

Actual Results:
apparent hang

Expected Results:
proper rendering of page
I tracked the bug down to a minimal testcase.
The infinite loop is caused by the css statement overflow:auto that's applied to
the option. That has been reported before.
