I can't get the installation for the calendar under linux to work.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install linux calendar
2.install starts
3.error message
4. please see URL for screen grab
Actual Results:
please see
http://www.dennisgdaniels.com/tiki-index.php?page=Mozilla%20Calendar%20Install
Expected Results:
installed or told me how to fix the error
Though I can't see the screenshot, I am also unable to install the May 8
calendar build on any tar.gz version of mozilla versions 1.3 through 1.4rc1.
All previous releases worked for me.

I tried to install the calendar-build for Latest Release and Nightlies on my
MOzilla 1.4rc1. It did work, but starting/using didn't. The error-message
suggested to call the regxpcom-script but it didn't solve the problem. I still
get the error-message and after klicking it away i can't use calendar.
BUT: installing calendar for the 1.0/1.1-version of mozilla did work. But
mozilla doesn't seem to be very stable now when I try to use calendar. It
crashes quickly especially when I try to view the icalshare-website:
http://www.icalshare.com
p.s.: i couldn't see the screenshot either...

I think the problem is that there are 2 versions of calendar that you need,
because of the different GCC compilers that we use.
If one doesn't work, try the other one. I'm going to fix the links tonight to
make sure everything is up to snuff.
Marking this as fixed. I had the same problem, installed the (incorrectly
labelled) GCC 2 build, and it worked for me.
