when create new event,the notes only input chinanese,my os is windows 2000
chinanese vresion.the title is ok

Actual Results:  
do not input english

Expected Results:  
input any lang

I don't know about Chinese but I can't enter notes to the New Event or Task
dialogs in English in Linux. I can paste text in for what it's worth.
