Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312

When Norton Antivirus catches an infected message, the appropriate notification
window pops up. The window is subsequently closed (to be dealt with later) and
no masseages recieved after the infected message can be viewed. Headers are
available, but the body dies not appear.

Closing and re-starting Mozilla does not fix the problem.

On re-booting the machine, all messages after infected message disappear- no
headers in INBOX or anywhere else; not even present in the Quarantine folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "get messages" or auto-download
2. If Norton Antivirus catches infected e-mail, notification window pops up
(whether the infected message was selected for viewing or not)
3. Close notification window and continue browsing.
4. Additional headers are viewable but body of message cannot be seen.
5. Re-boot machine- all messages after infected message are gone.

Expected Results:
Allowed continued viewing of e-mail messages.
