You see strings added:/... are highlighted and clickable, but they aren't URIs

See "Details"

Actual Results:  
Strings added:/... are displayed as URLs

Expected Results:  
Entry message is a plain text, there should be no URIs

Maybe link protocol should be checked with getservbyname() + list of registered
protocols?
Fixed since 1.3.
