User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:145.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/145.0

Steps to reproduce:

The issue only occurs in windows that have more than one tab. I have reproduced it with as few as three tabs. It only occurs when the window is maximized.

Causing the bug can be inconsistent. Things that I think can cause it:
-Switching desktop workspaces
-Opening or closing tabs
-Downloading a file and looking at it in the download drop down menu
-Switching tabs
-Having multiple Firefox windows and switching windows.

This bug was present in Firefox 142.0.1 when using NixOS 25.05

Actual results:

After triggering the bug, the options drop down menu, download drop down menu, or other bookmarks drop down menu (or any combination of the three) will appear in the wrong spot in the window.
The drop down menus appear in the center of the window.

I can return to expected behavior by resizing the window from being maximized, opening the affected menus, and returning to being maximized. This fix is only temporary.

See the attached screenshot for where the menu appears. Note the location of the mouse, clicking where the menu appears and where the menu should be both work. In the screenshot, the Print option is highlighted because my mouse is where the Print button should be. This screenshot was produced in Troubleshooting mode.

Expected results:

The dropdown menus should always be directly below the buttons that cause them to appear.

It feels unlikely to me to be Gtk since I'm using KDE and not Gnome.
