The status bar does not update properly from the message "Transferring data
from..."  after the data transfer has stopped.  This is intermitant behaviour --
it does not always happen this way.  The behaviour may also prevents URL display
when mousing-over a link on any page -- but not necessarily.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:  
Update the status bar to blank when data transfer has stopped.

There were one or two similar bugs returned by a search, but they seems to be
different-enough, or they applied to a different version or platform of Mozilla.
