User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 I would like to see an option in the tabbed browsing configuration that allows a new tab, when opened, to automatically load your homepage rather than the empty page and bar that it does by default now. Tabs are a very nice feature and I think this would help many people since many usually go to the same site in a new tab anyway. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click the new tab icon in the upper left or press Ctrl-T Actual Results: The tab opens to an empty page and requires you to fill in a URL. Expected Results: This is a good option, but I would like the option for it to automatically load my home page and perhaps highlight the URL in case I want to change it. Since it's an enhancement, I don't think any additional information applies.
It works in Mozilla 1.4a (build 2003040105) that was released yesterday. In fact, most people complain about this, and don't want it :-)
