There always use to be a "File" button in the toolbar so that you could quickly
file messages away into other folders.  Its gone! sniff :(

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This button was removed from the default toolbar ( I can't remember the bug
number).  To get it back, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Mail & Newsgroups and
check the box next to "File" under "Choose the buttons you want to see in the
toolbar".
