Steps to reproduce:
1. Delete mozregistry and documents (or previous profile) folder
2. Launch seamonkey with mozilla -installer icon

Actual results: Migration window comes up empty but for the progress barberpole
Expected results: Text in window denoting % of migration taking place

This has been working for a while now.  Chalk it up to developmental changes in 
the layout engine.  

Or perhaps some pre-animate matter caught in the matrix - ensign Chekov
