Expected Results: Displaying the page. On Windows XP, I have NS 6.2, NS 7.01 and IE 6.0 (SP1) and all if them can display this page.
Have you tried this in 1.4a? I'm not seeing any problems

I've tried with Mozilla 1.4a and it works (pear.php.net is displayed) , but not with the "stable" release 1.3. I'm not using proxies (direct connection) and i've made tests without ZoneAlarm (a little personnal firewall by Zonelabs), it didn't work. I'm not using other security software
1.3 is already released.. If it works with 1.4a, then it should continue to work with 1.4.
