If you see that screen shot.

It's has 4 spocs, and it's not deduping.

It's an edge case, it only happens if you start changing rows, a refresh or opening 2 new tabs fixes it

I got here by starting with 1 row, and going from 2, to 3, to 4.

I have not yet seen this happen since bug 2006471 landed.

Going to keep it open for now though.

In theory we could reverse bug 2006471, and try to reproduce again, then use that to understand what is happening, and then probably verify if bug 2006471 does in fact fix this.

I think this is either fixed by the bug above, or possibly bug 2006769.

Either way, I'm going to close this, and if we see it again, we can re open and investigate more.
