Camino 0.7 + Mail.app, Mac OS X 10.2.4
STEPS:
View a URL that has a valid fragment (ends w/ #fragment).
File -> Send Link
OBSERVED:
the URL in the email is truncated and has no fragment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
the entire URL should be sent.

NOTES:
Mozilla 1.4a does include the fragment.
The existing XP-app testcases do not seem to have a subset of tests that examine
URL parsing, so this may have been overlooked.
There are a lot of situations where we have bugs about sending the fragment to
servers (which we shouldn't do), but in this case we seem to have done the opposite.
