200727 - it seems when i try to scroll a page with an active-x component the object "freezes" in it's place

when i'd seen a quick time movie insize a web page, the object of the movie did
not scrolled upwords like the rest of the sreen (text and images).
i did not seen it in other type of objects (like flash or java).
This problem first seen in the 1.4 alpha version (but i did not encounter this
type of page before with diffrent version), but the problem is that i do not
find the site i'd encounterd this problem.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a site with mix ActiveX controls (like quick-time) that is larger then
the browser window
2. try to scroll the page up and down


Actual Results:  
notice the active-x component and the rest of the components (like images and
texts etc..)

Expected Results:  
scroll the activex component like the rest of the object in the screen

the first time that i'd seen this type of problem.
the mozilla version is 1.4 alpha !

Mozilla does not support ActiveX controls so you're probably seeing issues with
plugins. Please supply a URL which can be used to reproduce the symptoms you are
seeing.
