Don't know is this the right component... I'm not good in choising it. :) Go to the page (it's russian forum) and try to post some message. Page will reload but your the last comment does not appers. Then try to reload it it you'll see the message. Happends on NN7.02 also. moz 2003033108, nn7.02.

Eugene, what is your 'cache validation' preference set to in Preferences->Advanced->Cache (Everytime, When out of date, Once per session, Never)?

I tyed Everytime and When out of date. Same result. The strange thing is that at work yesterday all was shown fine...
I haven't tried digging into the javascript to see how it reloads the page. Your observation that it behaves differently at different locations is interesting. I wonder if you might be going through a proxy server (possibly transparent) that could be caching the old page as well...
