In an HTML form where clicking an image submits the form, it's impossible NOT to
submit the form once the image is clicked, even if the mouse is dragged off the
image before releasing it.

Oh... knowing how simple and straightforward the problem is, I forgot to make my
environment known.

It is Mozilla 1.3 (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3)
Gecko/20030404) on Gnome 2.2 on Gentoo Linux, kernel 2.4.20.
This seems pretty wrong.... Why does nsImageControlFrame have a view anyway??
