This is now possible on Sunbird. Do we still want this in Calendar?

As Simon said, this already exists in Sunbird. In calendar, the button is below
the minimonth, which seems like a reasonable place for it, quickly accesible,
easy to find. Any objection to closing this bug?

See comment #3. I don't think this needs to be fixed anymore, in light of the
button near the mini-month.
