In the Table properties dialog, tab Cells, selection: Row - the small black
downarrow is missing on the "Next" button.

I'm not able to reproduce on either the Macho - OS X 10.2.4 (2003-04-08-03) or
Win32- Win XP (2003-04-06-04) trunk builds. Tested with Classic and Modern themes.
