201101 - Event Grid is not viewable with default theme

Fresh install of Calendar using default Theme, only a portion of the column
headings of the Event Grid are visible and there is no frame divider to move to
increase the size of the event grid frame.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Changed to Little Mozilla theme and event grid frame was bigger, frame divider
was there and able to be moved and it all seemed to work fine.

Calendar window is small to reduce size of image but changing the window size
or maximising window does not help.

Filter on string OttawaMBA to get rid of these messages.
