When multiple tabs containing pages such as sourceforge.net, whose favicons use
 transparency, are opened, both the active and the inactive favicons have the
active tab color as their background color.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several new tabs each containing http://sourceforge.net

Actual Results:  
favicons with transparency are not properly drawn in the inactive tabs.

Expected Results:  
The inactive tab favicons should have the inactive tab background color as the
favicons background color, not the active tabs background color.

Hmm strange seems to work everywhere else, but not there, the icon seems strange
i cant get the Windows Picture and fax viewer to read it. So I will confirm any way.
