We can enable the "islamic-umalqura" calendar after the ICU4X update in bug 1997048.

ICU4X 2.1.1 fixed the inconsistencies when compared to ICU4C, so we can now
enable "islamic-umalqura" by default.

Sounds like this addition should be documented and added to the dev release notes. Maybe it should even be mentioned in the general release notes? If so, could you please add a relnote-firefox request, André?

I don't think enabling "islamic-umalqura" is important enough for the general release notes, but we could add a note to the dev-release notes, because the initial dev-release notes for Temporal mentioned that "islamic-umalqura" was disabled (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/139#javascript).
