The Postscript produced by xprint (Sun-supplied Xprt + GISWxprintglue) is
confusing CUPS. According to CUPS' author, xprint's output "has a LOT of
problems and does NOT conform to the Adobe Document Structuring Conventions or
EPS File specification."
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.print a web page through CUPS
2.CUPS' pstops filter gets confused by non-conforming PS
3.
Actual Results:
The printer hung and needed a power-off reset. Although printing the file to
the printer in raw mode DID print, xprint should still produce correct
Postscript such that it can be properly manipulated by other programs.

Michael Sweet, the author of CUPS, says "send them our way if they have
questions about what is broken in the print file."

this sounds like a Xprt postscript driver bug and is not related to mozilla
it may be better to move the bug report to http://xprint.mozdev.org/ where it
would fit much better and would get much more attention...

This "bug" should be filed at http://xprint.mozdev.org/
BTW: The PostScript driver output of Xprt was changed and improved a lot in the
last half year... this bug may be even a WORKSFORME... :)
Please reopen if you disagree...
