Details

The "Additional Comments" lines have a U.S. date format (MM/DD/YY).
Please use ISO International Standard format which is YYYY-MM-DD

Also, after the "Opened:" date add the time it was opened.

Thanks.

I thought I had changed that to four-digit years already. (No, don't panic, it
was Y2K safe, it just would've start showing "/00" for the year 2000, which is
acceptable but not great.)

Anyway, it has been patched as you requested, which you should be able to see by
looking at this bug. Note that, unfortunately, older "additional comments"
lines will *not* be upgraded to this new format (because the DB stores comments
and their dates stupidly.)

Since there was no QA for this bug I'm verifying that it's fixed myself.
Thanks for fixing this Terry!
Format MM/DD/YY is still used with the "Attachments" list on the Show Bug page.
