Details

1. When I resize the Mail Folders pane, all the extra space goes into the folder
name column.  Expected behavior: When all folder names are entirely visible,
message count columns should be resized.

2. Even resizing the message count columns manually will not show the message
counts (still says "Un..." and "Tot..." at the top even after the Unread and
Total colums are as wide as possible).

3. When the Folder Name column is made narrower by dragging the divider line to
the left, the column titles "Name" and "Un..."  overlap.
